ABOUT MAX

My name is Max Andrade, he/him. I am 23yrs old, dedicated to yoga, child care, and communities in alignment with diversity inclusion. I offer services that invite self-transformation: empowering individuals to reawaken into embodied connection with the unified field.

Since the age of fifteen, around the time I began practicing yoga after letting go of a lifetime commitment to competitive sports, I have related to Spirit as Loving Guidance. There are many names: many streams, one Ocean. I began practicing yoga and continue to practice at Power and Grace under the guidance of Lisa Ishwari Murphy and the SvaHa Academy. This relationship with Spirit invited me to invest time between high school and college into developing the discipline of yogic union, relating to and through Loving Guidance.

During these two years, I worked with elementary and high school students within the Dartmouth Public School System on the south coast of Massachusetts, where I grew up. In tandem, I continued diving deeply into the theory, history, and philosophy of yoga, receiving my 200hr YTT as well as Energy for Life Coaching certifications from the SvaHa Academy.

This developmental time allowed me to discover Naropa University and after an entrepreneurial summer in Orleans, MA on the Upper Cape, I moved to Boulder, CO in the fall of 2023.

I went with an intention to study creative writing as well as yoga and experience a spiritually minded community of peers on the path. During my first semester at Naropa, with my writing and yogic studies unfolding, I met Travis Cox who introduced me to the deep ecology movement. Then, during my second semester, I was introduced to the Islamic mystical tradition of sufism. I also began working closely
with Alaya preschool and a personal mentorship in Waldorf education through one-to-one child care, when I began developing story-based movement and imaginal play: an immersive experience for creative expression and community connection.

Longing for and experience wth spiritual community aligned with the deep ecology movement, I landed at the Lama Foundation. After a transformative visit, I decided to invest my time and energy during the summer of 2024 into their summer stewardship program.

During the program, I participated in a Theravadin Buddhist ten-day silent retreat. My experience during this retreat compelled me into a two-month training experience at a monastery in south-east Asia during the winter of 2024-2025.

Returning to Massachusetts, I am now committed to integrating all my experiences and skills into Be Anyone But Everyone, where my offerings and services are displayed. I share my personal perspective through Infinity Plus One Max.
